VIRIDIS Design Group provided professional landscape architectural services to Downtown Kalamazoo, Inc. (DKI) to develop a streetscape concept for a portion of North Edwards Street in Downtown Kalamazoo. VIRIDIS prepared a 3D model of the corridor and developed a concept for pedestrian scale streetscape improvements including planters, lighting, irrigation and landscaping.

 

The project is being funded through a paving stimulus grant and is part of a project that includes converting Edwards Street from a one-way to a two-way street.
