VIRIDIS Design Group's Grand Rapids office is located in Clear Water Place (1430 Monroe NW), just north of downtown Grand Rapids. Clear Water Place is the historic home of the City of Grand Rapids Water Filtration Plant. The building and site have been completely renovated and were awarded the 2010 State of Michigan, Governor's Award for Historic Preservation. Our suite (105) is directly adjacent to the southwest entrance. Visitor parking is conveniently located on-site, immediately south of the building.
