VIRIDIS Design Group provided professional design services to Diekema Hamann and ProMedica Health System for a new hospice residence at ProMedica's Flower Hospital campus in Sylvania, Ohio. VIRIDIS was responsible for all aspects of the design process including grading and retaining walls, layout, site utilities, landscaping and irrigation design. Jones & Henry provided consulting engineering services to VIRIDIS for this project. VIRIDIS developed a 3D model and rendering of the site in conjunction with Diekema Hamann's model of the building. The design of the new hospice facility interfaced with the existing master plan for the campus and integrated with other nearby buildings and a storm water management basin. The ProMedica Flower Hospital Hospice is a LEED accredited facility.
