VIRIDIS Design Group provided professional design services to Tower Pinkster and Kellogg Community College for improvements to the main campus entrance. The design includes replacement of exterior stairs and retaining walls as well as the addition of barrier-free ramps and parking, to improve accessibility to the upper level of the entrance plaza. The new improvements are sensitive to and in harmony with the existing reflecting pool and plaza which dates from the 1950’s. VIRIDIS Design provided 3D modeling and visualization of the project to demonstrate various aspects of the design for the client. VIRIDIS Design closely interfaced its design with the architect and Kellogg Community College with regard to site lighting, utilities and existing infrastructure.
