VIRIDIS Design Group provided professional landscape architectural design services to TMP Associates, Architects Inc and Battle Creek Public Schools for improvements to Valley View Elementary School. The project included evaluation of existing traffic circulation and development of improvements to parent drop off, bus staging, and staff circulation and parking. VIRIDIS worked in conjunction with the civil engineers on the development and implementation of storm water management for the site. VIRIDIS designed a new early childhood playground area as well as landscape treatments for the project. VIRIDIS was responsible for ushering the project through public agency reviews with the City of Springfield and the State of Michigan site plan review process.
