VIRIDIS Design Group provided landscape architectural services to Kingscott Associates for site improvements at several schools in the Mt. Pleasant Public Schools' district. VIRIDIS was responsible for conceptual design and development of 3D models to demonstrate site circulation improvements at Fancher Elementary, West Intermediate, other elementary schools in the district, as well as the alternative high school. VIRIDIS provided final construction documents for the work under their responsibility. VIRIDIS also coordinated closely with Kingscott's civil engineers, local agency officials and the Michigan Department of Labor & Economic Growth as required for the state site plan review process.
