VIRIDIS Design Group provided landscape architectural services to SHW Group and Swartz Creek Community Schools for a Performing Arts Center addition to Swartz Creek High School. VIRIDIS provided multiple 3D site concept options to assist the district in evaluating separation of traffic, pedestrian routes and future use of the site. VIRIDIS was responsible for all site-related construction documentation including improvements to site infrastructure. VIRIDIS coordinated agency review processes with the City of Swartz Creek, Genesee County and the State of Michigan.
