VIRIDIS Design Group provided professional downtown park master planning services to the Village of Middleville for prominent downtown properties along the Thornapple Riverfront. Stakeholders for the study included local business leaders, Downtown Development Authority, and Township officials. Proposed project amenities include: craftsman style farmers market, interactive fountain, extension of the Paul Henry Thornapple Trail, infill business redevelopment, interpretive historical play area, elevated boardwalks and observation platforms, and site enhancements to the historic depot station.
