VIRIDIS Design Group provided professional design services to the Asylum Lake Foundation for entrance improvements at the Asylum Lake Preserve. VIRIDIS evaluated the existing entrance and developed concepts to address accessibility, security and other program issues. All concepts were developed with sustainability as the highest priority, with features like local stone, porous paving and native plantings reinforcing that idea. The design concepts were modeled in 3D SketchUp and presented to the client group as a 3D walkthrough. VIRIDIS also provided construction documents for implementation of the project.
