VIRIDIS Design Group provided professional design services to Swartz Creek Community Schools for site and playground improvements at Elms Road Elementary School. The project included storm water improvements, replacement of playground equipment, paved play areas, and fencing. VIRIDIS assisted the district with programming, vendor qualification, construction documents, and construction administration. We reviewed existing drainage issues and developed a design for storm water management to meet County requirements. VIRIDIS provided 3D imaging for the project to better convey the design to the client. We also coordinated with the City of Swartz Creek, Genesee County, and the State of Michigan for compliance with public agency review requirements.
